“Heylee was absolutely amazing with helping us get everything we needed to get our rabbits set up. This day and age, genuine customer service is hard to come by, and Heylee gave us hope that it is still out there. Heylee was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient with our questions as this is a new experience for our family. We live in Springfield but from now on will have no problem making the hour trip to the Marysville Rural King just from the experience Heylee gave us. Thank you so much for helping us and for taking the time out of your day to explain everything to us.”

As we worked for them, their primary concern was their clients. It was a true lesson in customer service. The staff was always busily working to have a clean place with great food for the crowd that would show every day. It was such a pleasure seeing it all go down.”
“Never an issue at the store, sometimes longer checkout lines until they get assistance but their prices and customer service make that up. Also, pew pew barn is super priced and very friendly. Plus, they have pew pews.”

The lady Ana Marie went above and beyond to fill my order in which my local Bellefontaine store had for a week and never filled. I was very happy how quickly they took the order and completed it for me so that I could give these as a gift for a funeral.”

“Riding my motorcycle on the backroads from South Carolina to Michigan, I often look for a good coffee, it’s hard to find. Most places have mediocre coffee at best. I stopped here and they had by far the best coffee of the whole trip! I like a strong dark roast with no flavoring, and they have one called a Red Allert, it’s a dark roast with a shot of espresso added. We don’t have Sheetz where I live, but if I’m ever traveling I’ll look for them.”
“Chandra and Eli are awesome! They are are such hard workers. There are many times we come to get ice cream and it’s just the two of them. Hope they are getting recognized for this like they should by their higher ups. They are always friendly and we are always glad to see them every time we return.”

“I went in looking for the Greyhound station and since there isn't one, just a curb the bus stops at, the young lady cashier Erica directed me to Waffle House so I can wait. They really ought to have a Greyhound bench for people like me but that's why I rated it 4 stars. They seem to have found a better place to park the Durango.”
