“I want to give a big shoutout to one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I had to go to the ATT store as I was having trouble with my phone. It turned out I had to replace it as the old phone didn’t have enough storage.
I was a bit concerned after my last experience. But he walked me through the whole process and it was smooth as silk.
It went down exactly like he said. No hiccups no issues. It went exactly like said. And spoiler!! He saved me a some money by updating my plan too.
