“I’m walked in to get a wireless account, added to my internet service. Linda greeted us then Sam. Linda worked diligently to deal with Consumer Cellular to no avail. Consumer Cellular has crappy cellular and crappy Customer Service on Saturday, 8/30/26, the person sounded high on drugs and mumbling. We finally got a line and service, after we gave up on CC, and Nicholas helped me get a mobile number I liked, best 3 people, I’ve ever dealt with.”

“Changing stores made all the difference! I went to one T Mobile store fully intending to upgrade my phone. The man who waited on me acted like he was not at all interested in my business. I drove to this T-Mobile store and got wonderful customer service from Rihan and Henry. I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing their services. All T-Mobile stores are not the same and it was worth it to try a different store.”

“I mistakenly went to another non-corporate location that attempted to charge me for physical assistance and asked me for account information that had nothing to do with my issue. This corporate store helped me quickly and without cost to me. They didn't try to make any changes to my account. Fast, efficient, friendly service”
