About Boot Barn
Boot Barn offers an amazing atmosphere with the smell of fresh new boots. The store has a good, decently large, and well-stocked selection of boots, work boots, and apparel, though the selection can be slimmer for uncommon sizes. The store is nice, but some find the boot organization insanely disorganized, making pairs hard to find. The staff are generally helpful, attentive, nice, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonably priced and overall amazing. While most are highly recommended, some note a lack of certain boot styles and brands.

My boyfriend ordered items for a wedding to be shipped to the store. there was an error when we went in but Sabrina was friendly and went above and beyond to solve the problem. Claire was also talking to us the whole process. We can’t thank them enough.
