Our large bridal party got fitted at different locations and the customer service was outstanding and consistent at each one. They made renting so easy with great communication throughout our stressful wedding planning process. I knew I could leave it to them to make my vision come to life. “The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”
“I've been here quite a few times. My only complaint is it's harder to find a good selection of wider width shoes. The staff was welcoming and helpful and there were definitely some good deals at the time on shoes and hoodies.”

The gal was super informative, asked helpful questions, and then helped me pick a very comfy pair of shoes, all while being patient that my kids enjoyed the track that runs around the whole store.”

“I live fairly close to this location and was super excited when they opened. I must say I am a REGULAR. I always joke with the staff and say they should just hire me because I am there at least 3 times a week.I will tell you the staff is amazing, they greet you every time you walk in, they ask how your day is and they make your shopping experience feel like you are a part of their family.I went just yesterday to look for a pair of pants I needed a different size in. One of the wonderful employees, Amber, reached out to her co-workers to tell them she will be stepping away from the register. She then told me to follow her and spent a good 20 minutes helping me look for these pants on the floor. She even went to the back to look for them!!!! And not to mention- she was due to leave and she didn’t even sigh or appear to be in a rush. I promise you will not be sorry stepping into this location!!”

On the downside, not one associate spoke to me or asked if they could be of any help. This should be addressed with the staff at Premium Outlet Mall in Monroe, OH.”

“Had a really fun time trying on suit shirts and ties with Thomas who was filling in there from I think the Deerfield location. He is not only professional, knowledgeable and obviously knows his stuff but he made the boring task of trying to find dress clothes absolutely fun! He helped me try things on while juggling other customers needs and always letting me know that he wasn’t forgetting about me. I felt terrible because I am such a skinny runt that there was a limited amount of exact fits for me but Thomas kept on working with what he had and matched out shirts and ties and came up with some great combinations even helping me do some “photo ops” so I could text over the pics to the wife for approval. In the end I decided to check what Jos A. Bank has online in my size to get more selection hopefully and I apologized to James for wasting his time and not making a purchase and he didn’t get upset but just expressed that at least now I know the sizes I need to look for. He is a great asset to their company! Definitely want to go back when I need more clothes for church!”
