“Doug helped fit me for new ski boots. I am 67 and have arthritis. The store was very busy yet he took his time to explain in detail what type of boot may work and what he can do with my current boots in the meantime that are too big. I bought boots that open from the back that makes them much easier to put on. Doug is helping me with a binding issue as the new boots require different bindings than what I have. All this to say, that he went 'above and beyond' in helping me. Thank you, Doug.”
“We have used Folchi’s over the years for many weddings (including our own), as well as events and proms for both our sons. For my youngest son’s last three proms, we have used the Liberty location. The staff there is so amazing to work with, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I can’t say enough good things about Clay. He provides such a great experience and is so kind and extremely helpful! I have had a perfect experience every single time. I am sad this was our last final prom, but we will not hesitate to come back for weddings and other events in the future. Thank you!”

“Very kind and helpful staff. When we walked in, we could immediately smell that it was clean without it being overwhelmingly strong and migraine inducing. The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. “I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”
“Yesterday I received some of the best help from Kathleen and Jacob while shopping. Recently it seems to be difficult to get someone to help, or answer a simple question, while shopping brick and mortar stores, but these two KILLED IT! “I went in to the store, not sure if I would find anything and super unsure of what I was looking for. A sales associate by the name of Andrea became extremely helpful and helped me style a beautiful outfit for my interview the next day. She got me all different styles and sizes to help me narrow down what I was looking for, all while being extremely personable and kind. I left there confident with an entire outfit that she steamed for me so I would have everything ready to go for the next day. I am someone that normally doesn’t ask or really want help while shopping, but this time was different and Andrea really went above and beyond for me.”

“Today was the first time I had ever been in a Buckle store, and let me just say the customer service was phenomenal. They really pay attention to detail. I walked in just looking to browse and Madison helped me out, noticed my boots and jeans and brought me some pairs of jeans that would look nice with my boots and she noticed that my jeans were a little on the baggy side so she brought me jeans that would bag good on my boots. Then she kind of showed me around and showed me stuff that i’d like and whatnot. My only “issue” was they didn’t have Ariat Jeans in my size, however, they ordered my size to the address i gave them completely free shipping. 10/10 recommend coming here, i will 100% be back some other day. “Wanted to get a good board for my son’s birthday. He’s casually skated on a board from target but wanted something more than just a retail-off-the-self-option. Last time I skated was decades ago, so I for sure didn’t feel like I knew what I was doing. The sales associate (I wish I’d gotten their name) was so helpful in walking us through the different options. It was assembled for us and it looks awesome. My son will be pleased. I would highly recommend this skate shop to anyone looking for a board. If I can I’ll try and post a pic later.”

“really good polo outlet. regular prices are mostly ridiculous but their sales are fantastic. well stocked with first quality polo items. helpful sales people. nice dressing rooms and plenty of checkout registers. we'll lit, plenty of mirrors. no shopping bags or carts so it becomes a real pain to select several items and carry them through out the store.”

“It's a bigger Old Navy than I've seen before, but similar to others. Lots of options for women and men, but I was disappointed in the kids selection. For such a big store they had very little. Not sure if it was just a restaging for season change or what, but my daughter was disappointed as was I. The staff was also all pretty much over in one area and never said hello or anything when we walked by.”
