Everything about boot barn is amazing from the smell of fresh new boots to the atmosphere and the prices overall amazing place and the workers were very helpful and nice I would recommend

They had a decently large selection of boots to choose from but were insanely disorganized. If you find a boot you like good luck finding the other boot for the pair. The separation of work among employees wasn’t great and they didn’t have any way to know what they actively have inventory of. Gave three stars because I got lucky and we found a pair that I love.

I bought two belts there a couple weeks back, my wife went into return one and she stood there for 5 minutes being ignored while the manager and cashier talked to each other, then finally prompted the cashier to ask to return one item with a receipt mind you to be told a manager must do it. By that point the manager walked away and was engaged with another high maintenance customer. The cashier then walked away rudely and was of no help. First get a process that doesn't create a bottle neck. Second, be kind. Third manager and employee talking to each other and ignoring customer is not acceptable. Overall rude interaction and not how you treat customers.

I was being helped out by an associate named Amelia who was doing an excellent job, and then the manager Kelly came and interrupted her and told her to go do something somewhere else but the manager didn't know anything about boots and then she walked away and started stalking us by standing around and watched us from across the store which was very uncomfortable and strange then she ran up and demanded that the associate go do something else and stop helping me and the manager tired to take over but she clearly didn't know anything and then she walked away and she wondered around the store doing nothing then proceeded to go outside and talk on the phone.

Walked in, no one greated us, ok thats fine. We spent 20 minutes looking at boots until someone finally came to ask if we needed help. She spent maybe 5 minutes with us and decided her text message was more important and she went to the back. Asked another employee for help, she was rude and kept making comments under her breath that the store was understaffed and we could have helped ourselves. The store had 3 people working. There was 3 customers in the store....
They also lock the bathroom and tell you its for employees only. That's not great when your female or have small kids.
My husband was going to buy at least 3 pairs of boots tonight, we will not be returning.

They had 2 pairs of women's safety toe boots. My partner works construction and cant find a single pair of safety toe construction boots that actually fit and meet the needs of their job site. ?
