“We used Cincinnati Kitchens to renovate our kitchen as well as a few other drywall jobs around the house. We mainly worked with Jen and she was extremely attentive and detail-oriented. She had a detailed plan and kept us updated every step of the way, also ensuring that her team was sticking closely with the plan and the timeline. We experienced the typical delays you encounter with major renovations but Jen ensured these were few-and-far between and their impact on the overall timeline were negligible.

“They load their company trucks first thing in the morning, starting at 7. I showed up at 8:45 and they were done amd ready. No overnight parking to speak of, easy access from the highway. There are a few truck stops 30 miles away, a couple closer, but they have very little parking. People are nice. If a customer pulls in, count on them dropping whatever theyre doing and putting you on hold.”

“Fun to walk through and spend a couple hours, took a star off though for the fact that IKEA sells dressers of specific specifications but then doesn't sell drawer storage inside the drawers that matches the dressers dimensions which is annoying.”

This IKEA is clean, spacious, and very well organized. The showrooms are inspiring, and it’s easy to find everything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful, and checkout is quick even when it’s busy. The restaurant is also a big plus the Swedish meatballs and desserts never disappoint! Overall, one of the best IKEA stores I’ve been to.”
“Menards has a tremendous selection of stuff. Tools light fixtures you name it. And if you take the time to fill out the form you get 11 percent back which can be a pretty good amount of money if you're buying something expensive. Had to hunt around for the drywall mud because their website said it was a aisle 127 but there is no aisle 127. Finally found an employee and got that straightened out.”
“Maybe the only hardware store that sells Yardworks brand, which is lower priced than other brands. I got a Yardworks mower in 2021 and it's still going strong”
