“Good help is hard to find these days. I have an issue with a fir tree and before I could even walk thru the front gate, Steve introduced himself and knew exactly what I needed. He diagnosed my fungus issues and, even better, he walked me back to a shed and put my sample under a microscope and showed me what was happening. He then walked me to the front to show me exactly what I needed to address my issue, and walked me thru how to do it in great detail! I was so impressed and just had to write a review. I have had so many recent terrible service experiences and Steve and Berns changed my outlook and reminded me that great service still exists - Kudos!!”

Then I went to the store, placed an order online and the agent told me it would be about 30 minutes and apologized to me for my wait which was not necessary. She got them done. Their prices are competitive and they are located within few miles of large hardware stores. But. I prefer to buy my stuff from this location cause I can support a local business and I get great service. They are extremely helpful.”

“Having recently removed a tree on the decline in front of our house, I visited Pinecrest Nursery this morning to see what they had. Given the time of year, I was happy to see a good variety that was well taken care of. I was looking for a full foliage tree that would mature at around 15-20 feet and maintain it's leaves year around. The staff was very helpful and I was able to narrow the selection down to two varieties quickly. After a little further discussion, a decision was made....an American Holly tree. I highly recommend Pinecrest Nursery.”

The staff at most Lowe's I've been to don't seem engaged or as helpful as they could be. I've actually had employees avoid eye contact with me on more than one occasion while I'm looking for something. I recommend Lowe's to people that already know what they want.”

“I had a great experience with Baysores. The employees were helpful and patient while I browsed the catalogs for funeral flowers. I didn't like the arrangements, and asked for yellow and orange flowers with white as an accent. They were beautiful and such a great piece for my dad who was a landscaper. I also purchased a small floral basket(could be separated and re-potted) and a gorgeous hanging basket for myself. Thank you for making a hard time a little bit easier.”
