I learned the hard way that YouTube is not always your best resource on how to do home repairs but these guys at Cramer are! They have helped me through many repairs and have never guided me wrong on the products they have recommended. I always felt intimidated asking home repair\product ool questions at the big box stores but the employees at this hardware store make me feel comfortable to ask even the dumbest questions.”

“I love the idea of a plant shop in my College Hill neighborhood, so I just had to check this one out. I love the location -- a refurbished gas station, where they can open up the garage door and basically become a patio in warm weather. And I disagree with a previous Yelp post -- this is not a bad neighborhood -- it's now full of trendy shops, new restaurants, a microbrewery, and a barbershop and hair salons. The ongoing renovation & renewal has kept the character of the neighborhood while bring in new trendy business. But back to this boutique plant shop: The interior was relaxed and comfortable, and the plants were arranged beautifully. The prices were fair market value, which made them affordable for me. The staff there was friendly and relaxed, and we had a good low-key conversation while I perused the plants. I ended up buying two healthy "starter plants." She gave good instructions, regarding the unique qualities of my purchase, including how to water them. I wish they had a larger variety of plants, but overall it was a pleasant store that I'll return back to often.”

“I stopped in today after passing by many times and not having time to do so previously. It was my first visit, but I will say it will now be a part of my gardening staple every year! Ma. Morgan helped me she gave me a small quick tour and helped me decide on a few things. We stopped at this arrangement in a wooden well they had, I noticed my favorite flowers planted there that I haven’t been able to find I. Years and asked her for their name ( I used to plant them every year when I was little with my aunt and called them fuzzy buttons!!) ms. Morgan was so nice and told me all about them! After I picked out some marigolds she came over and let me know she found a single one it was planted but she had spoken to the owner and gotten permission to dig it up and sell it to me. This act of kindness was enough as long as Pete’s is there I’ll be a customer. You have no idea how much this means to me to have a piece of my memories with my late aunt this absolutely made my year! Thank you for the kindness and the wonderful customer service not to mention knowledge and stunning plants!”

“I arrived at 8:10 pm on Sunday, thinking the store was open till 9:00 pm. Shortly after arrival, l heard the announcer politely encourage customers to make their purchase as the store was closed. I had difficulty finding the item I was looking for. A store attendant saw me and asked if he could help. He then guided me to the correct location for the item, and did so in a pleasant and friendly way, well past closing time. I'm noticing that customer service agents are very attentive to customers! Bravo!!!”

“I absolutely LOVE this store! I will be honest, I haven't shopped at Walmart in about 15 to 20 years. I stopped due to they "lost" all of my layaway at Christmas time (when tickle me Elmo)was a hot new toy! Well, I just shopped there today(1/7/2020) AND OMG!! They have improved and impressed me a 100%!! The employees where friendly and sooo very helpful.. I WILL be shopping there from now on. They are so much better than crappy,dirty and rude Target. “Yo shoutout to Mr. Gregory F. for helping my grandfather out this afternoon. I got a call from my grandad that he had lost his wallet with all his belongings in it, and was literally panicking. I quickly called The Home Depot, and was instantly connected with Mr. Gregory, I'm pretty sure he heard the frustration in my voice lol, but he quickly calmed me down and took my information. As I was calling to cancel his cards, Mr Gregory called me back with in 10 minutes and stated he had found it. I tried to offer to tip him and he would not take it. I hope this finds it way to The Home Depot Corporate, this man is AMAZING and I am truly grateful. Mr Gregory when I come visit Cincy, I will definitely be bringing you a few souvenirs from Las Vegas. Thank you again P.S. To the mamm/ sir who returned the wallet "GOD BLESS YOU". “Was there for electrical supplies. Struggled to find what I wanted. I'm not 100% on this next statement, but it seems to me that HD has less electrical components that Lowe's. I could be wrong, maybe it's that HD has their stuff spread across multiple aisles and Lowe's electrical is pretty much just in one aisle. I don't know, that's just how it felt. Take it with a grain of salt.”
