I have been to this location a couple times recently getting help with my 2005 F150 with over 200,000 miles on it.Conner & Ion were extremely gracious & professional helping a lady w/ crutches (me) purchase & install 2 headlights. These young men are an INCREDIBLE asset to your store & are not just giving you a VERY good reputation (also for themselves) but have shown that there are still exemplary young men in their generation! On a separate occasions, the store manager Donnie, went above, and beyond to graciously provide solutions. So grateful I chose this store.

Used the online order but didn't realize there were 2 O`Reillys on Reading Road. They were wonderful helping me fix my goof up. They had the parts I needed so I called other store canceled my online order and they gave me the parts I needed. Saved me 40 minutes of driving. (20 minutes each way) Also parts fit just like I needed.

So I needed some brake fluid. I prefer to go to an auto parts store than a big box, even though I know they cost more, because the turn over on things like brake fluid is slow at big box stores. So two guys behind register. One is sitting on a chair the other is busy with a rental tool issue. I politely asked can the other seated guy check me out. He said he couldn't? The other guy switched and came over which was nice. But the. The fluid rang up $12.49 and the price on the end cap is $11.99. I showed it to him and he said he didn't change the paper tags yet so I had to pay the $12.49. It's $0.50 but it's not the point. Every store respects the price at point of sale if there is an issue. I won't be back. Dumb asses. Customer service is the key in commodity products there is an autozone a quart of a mile away.

Stopped to see if they could "turn my rotor down" and they were able to do so. They are one of the very few places that still do this service and actually do it right.
