I have a lot of pets so PetSmart is one of my go-to. I'm in a pinch or I can't find what I need after come to this location. I was really excited to see how accepting the pet hotel was during pride month. There's not a lot of representation in stores so to walk in and see myself being reflected made me feel happy and proud to be a shopper. You can tell the workers put a lot of love and energy into the display; Happy pride and bark on! ? ?

Grooming was good. It was $95 to groom a small dog. $95! There are cheaper options that offer the exact same thing MUCH MUCH LESS. They will also not call and ask permission without adding services. My dog received the furminatir? What is that?! Apparently we asked for it! Who knew!

Stopped by the grooming salon at 6:15 for a walk-in nail grind. They closed at 7. They said they close early when they don’t have dogs…as I stood there with my dog…so I have to leave and come back another time.
The nail grind would have taken 5-10 minutes.

Horrible horrible horrible location for grooming. I had booked an appointment for 5 PM & I reached earlier to drop my dog. On my arrival an extremely rude groomer told me that I am dropping my dog very late and if I cannot pick my dog by 6pm they cannot guarantee my dog will be groomed properly and cannot guarantee his safety. They had called me earlier that day to check if I can come early. I normally accommodate such request but I could not get off work hence I reached around 4:45. On questioning why they didn’t inform me on call that they cannot groom my dog properly if I drop around my scheduled appointment. They mentioned issues with online portal and She then proceeded to tell me to never come to this location as I’m always looking for later appointments. I have been coming to this location for a long time as this was closest to me but never again. The groomer was extremely rude and racist towards me and my dog. Avoid getting humiliated. Go to any other location but not this one. The manager tried to help but the groomers are highly unprofessional & I question if they even care for the pets. Threatening me that they cannot guarantee my pets safety is lowest form of human behavior.
