Highly DO NOT recommend using them for anything. Never pick up the phone, never seem to have any answers to questions. It took me over 6 months just to get auto payment set up with them on 2 different loans, incurring late fee's because they continued to lose paperwork and miss notification windows. Their web portal / interface is extremely out dated. Low security standards... very sketchy business. As you can see clearly in the responses from Sharefax to customer reviews below - the customer is always wrong and they find an excuse to every situation...even though it is being echoed by multiple customers of the same issue. I look forward to seeing how they respond to my comments above.

Yeah I tried to cash my paycheck like I always do except this time they put hold it because it's $1,000 I've been banking there since 2001 I've never bounced a check had an overdraft I might as well just closed my account and get my check cashed at Walmart for Christ sake I hope this institution goes bankrupt in the coming economic disaster we're about to have

If I could give a zero I would. I’ve been a loyal customer to Sharefax for over 7 years. Long story short they recently let the account rack to -780 from overdrafts. They sent me zero notices to let me know I was overdraft. When I called to ask their policy, they stated they only let a customer know their account is in overdraft after 30 days!!! That’s astronomical!!! I’m a 22 year old, just trying to get by. I feel completely robbed by Sharefax for not letting me know the account was overdrawn. If I would’ve known, I wouldn’t have continued spending money on the account. Unfortunately didn’t get the tellers name but could tell she had no remorse for my terrible situation. I have since shut my account down and have gone else where…. Save yourself and do not bank here!!!!!

Had an issue with my checking, possible fraud that Fatima in the Mason office walked me through and was able to problem solve and rectify the issue completely. She was extremely personable and professional with impeccable customer service skills. Thank you very much Fatima, I greatly appreciate all you did for me!!

I love banking at the Sharefax Credit Union branch in Mason. I have been banking there for 11 and a half years snd have found the people there so friendly, helpful and always kind. It is a wonderful place to bank!!!!!

Been with Sharefax for 6 years, so far so good. They are continuing to update and find ways to make the member experience better. My child has an account with them and saves big which is great for when she goes to further her education or get her first car. They are willing to work with you in a time of need. Much of the staff treats the members like family which is a plus.

Horrible customer service. Very difficult time to ever get a hold of a person by phone. Rude office staff. Might I add short changed account by $500! Will never return nor ever recommend!!

Terrible phone system. I've never actually tried to call before now because I my auto loan was generated by the dealership. I have had my loan for 2 years and have my payments on "auto pay". There is no way to talk to a person unless you have set up a pin #, and there is no way to do that through the phone system. Very dissatisfied with the fact I can't talk to someone without visiting a branch.

I have been banking here for 20+ years. It seems as of late, the only way to get good service is to go visit the branch. It is terribly difficult to reach anyone over the phone. This is becoming increasingly frustrating.
