I am not at all happy with ATT. I paid my phone installment plan in full on July 19 & my phone remains locked. Corporate/main headquarters say my installment balance is still showing. My installment plan was paid in full at a store & I have the printed receipt. I want my phone unlocked so that I can port out of ATT to a different carrier. I had to choose a star to post. I did not want to select any star

We had to go to the store MULTIPLE times to get a new phone and switch my line over. Every time we had Wyatt to help us. He is very nice and knowledgeable. AT&T has a great employee that they need to hold on to!

I was attempting to end my account with At&t and in order to port a line you need a pin. I was given the run around by several employees which included an unnecessary trip to the At&t store. The clerk there had no idea of how to get a pin for a landline and refused to call customer service. Finally I talked to a representative and was given the correct information. I gave my At&t account number and pin to MCTV and they were able to port my number.

Logan was extremely helpful setting up a new line for my wife. Past visits at phone stores have taken me 3 hours and he had us in and out. Very knowledgeable!
