Manager is a witch. Not a child friendly place. Not a single mom friendly place. Adam was great. Plus the manager watched Patricia yell at me. I asked Elijah for a room key and he was on his way to do it but assumed Patricia was going to do it. I physically couldn't hold my child anymore who is able to walk around.
I wanted to find an employee so I can ask for a key card AGAIN. And manager came out and yelled at me. That's when Patricia yelled at me. 2 night stay there and I could not pass the customer service desk without her complaining about my child. She did not offer to help either.
I was always apologizing to her. Then they wanted to complain about my baby not having clothes.. I wasn't able to replace them after a house fire which is why we were there.
Doors automatically open, microwave in room is in child's reach

Myself and 2 co-workers arrived for an early check in. Patricia Angela and manager Patricia were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our job usually requires early check-in and sometimes hotels are not very accommodating, but these folks were great. There’s plenty of places to eat around, and Patricia (manager) went in depth about what she likes and recommends. I sleep during the day and it was very comfortable and quiet and then when I got up at 9 PM and went down to the lobby, Adam was nice enough to make me a fresh pot of coffee for my nighttime drive. thank you all so much. I also spoke a bit with Alexis today one of the housekeepers and she was extremely nice and hard at work making the rooms all nice for the next guests

I WANT TO POST THIS FOR ALL THE MEDICAL MARIJUANA USERS. I WAS RAILROADED AT THIS HOTEL SAYING I SMOKED IN THE ROOM. I WAS 4 STEPS FROM THE FRONT DESK. AS I TOLD THEM I NEEDED TO PUT SOME ASHES IN A SEALED BAG AND PLACED IT IN THE BATHROOM GARBAGE CAN. WHAT WERE THISE MAIDS DIGGING THROUGH MY TRASH CAN??? I CANNOT HELP MY CONDITION AND THIS HOTEL WAS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST US ELDERLY WHOM NEED TO SMOKE , WITH SEVERE PAIN.
THEY WOULD NOT SEND ME THE SO CALLED EVIDENCE 🤣 THEY HAD. THEY ONLY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME.

The desk staff wer fabulous and extremely helpful. Slroom was generally clean when i arrived, stayed for a few weeks. I would leave the do not disturb door hang off my door every second day. The first night i spilt a drop of juice on thr edge if my bedsheet, the day I checkef out it was still there. 3 weeks with no new bedding or pillow cases. I presumed theyd do it after a week or two but no. Also nothing was wiped down the entire stay, i could see the layers of dust buildup from thrm cleaning around thing before i arrived.

Re-modeled rooms were nice. Only complaints are no shelf in the shower to place things, and no stir sticks in the coffee condiment packs.

They need better signs to show where the lobby is located. I did not expect to go up the levels to a parking garage to get to the first floor lobby... other than that, nice clean room and a great hot breakfast!

It's much better than the last stay a year ago. They've really cleaned up & kept up the rooms. We've ALWAYS LOVED THEIR BEDS!

The parking was ample and the hotel was clean. We used the complimentary breakfast one morning and it had many options. The hotel is centrally located, so you can easily walk to restaurants or other stores as needed.Safety: We felt safe in this locationWalkability: Highly walkable and located downtown
