This home depot has a key making dept. For $40.00 to $60.00 you can get a key with a transponder. At the key place I found next to Roosters it was $25.00.

I went to buy 20 bags of mulch the man outside told me I had to get a big cart and have the young men inside the store load them for me. When I got a cart and I asked a heavy set kid who was just playing around with a lift to help me since he was busy playing with the lift he told me to take my cart outside and have someone else load my 20 bags. I said NO you are trying to give me a run around I will load my own bags. As I started to load them another kid (who the fat kid was trying to impress with the lift) said he would load them for me hype 2kid did help me load the cart and the mulch into my van. I am 78 years old and I can’t begin to tell you how lazy the heavyset kid is. I was at your store on May 2 2020 at 11 A@M the cashier Alexis is WONDERFUL my sale no is 38600002135580 Florence Sieber

Even though this is a trying time for everyone, I was still able to get help finding a VERY obscure item that I needed. Kudos to my Home Depot.

Love being able to go in and get what I need each time. I do not like the self checkout lanes. I don't work there and like the human touch more than anything. I could see if it were due to raising wages, but I know better. The store is also close by my house, making it very convenient.

Seriously, how does Home Depot stay in business? Not just this one, but the whole chain. This is the LAST place I go to. Menard's first, then Lowe's if I have to. Then I go to my local Mom and Pop hardware store. I've had too many bad experiences there.

I went in there last summer. I wanted the scrap wood pieces in the aisle and i needed it cut. Jordan was waiting on another customer for about 10 minutes, and he wasn't done yet. i asked if he could call someone over to help and he said no. i waited some more and got the wood. when he cut it he handed me the cut that was from the bad end of the wood!!!!!!!!!!! I had to ask him to do it again. I asked for the Manager Clyde, but he was to busy to come . I put in a complaint with the Home Depot customer service and Clyde called me. He said he was never called to come and talk to me.I said I was standing there when she paged you! He assured me Jordan could've called for more help. I just went back Saturday for the first time since then. I neede a long screw with a hook on the end. The employee was helping someone and after about 5 minutes he was going to walk her around the corner to another aisle. I asked if he could call for more help? He said he would be back. i said again can you call for more help. He said no. Good Job Clyde!

They sold us a busted, dented microwave. The cabinets were so cheaply made, we would never buy them again, and one had a big hole in the side.
