“My husband and I got married at the DoubleTree hotel in downtown Canton on March 15th and it was the best day ever! We got married in the hallway space and had our reception right after in the ballroom. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful, convenient, and clean the place was from the venue space to our guests staying overnight in the rooms. Our room block was so easy to set up with Teresa and they handed out our goodie bags for us to guests as they checked in. The staff did an amazing job with everything! They flipped our ceremony space into our cocktail hour super quick, they allowed our wedding party to get drinks for dinner when we forgot the bar closed for dinner, and they left my dinner plate out throughout the evening that I had initially barely touched and then suddenly was starving which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated! Our dinner was so good and again we received so many compliments from our guests on how delicious dinner was. We also had a situation where a non wedding guest was getting a little to comfortable in our wedding area and security was on it right away and had the hotel guest removed and took care of it without a problem. The DoubleTree hotel was so convenient for us and our guests since we had a lot of guests come from out of town. It was the best decision we made to have our wedding there and was honestly the best priced option compared to other venues. You will not regret having your wedding or any event here. Thank you DoubleTree for making our wedding day the best day we could’ve ever imagined!”

“Prinzipiell super Hotel mit guter Lage. Schöne, soweit saubere Zimmer. Frühstück ist Basic, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass wir 1 Woche dort waren und das Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber gemacht wurde. Wir mussten mehrmals nach neuem Toilettenpapier und Handtüchern fragen. Der Müll wurde nur 1x geleert. Sonst war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt!”
“I have to say for the price this hotel was very nice. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. Our television was the only thing that messed up me not giving them 5 stars. The previous guests broke the tv with the remote and because I checked in and left and only knew of the tv being broken after returning maybe an hour later, I was accused of breaking the tv. The previous guests did let it be known, they broke the tv. They brought another tv that ended up going out. The 3rd tv worked but it was on its way out too. I wish they would have just switched my room instead of waiting till my last night to ask if I wanted to switch. The staff was nice and I would stay here again.”
“Stayed in May. Traveled from nyc for a wedding and the hotel was simply amazing. The staff was friendly and funny. The breakfast was fresh and clean. The pool was clean and my 2yr old swam for the first time ever! I cant wait to come back and visit so I can stay in this hotel. Thank you for being so kind to me and my family. Thanks for the amazing coffee too! That coffee is simply AMAZING!”
“The Bertram Inn is a beautiful historic location with lots of vintage charm! I stayed here 2 nights for a wedding and was blown away by the level of service from all of the staff, from the concierge to the caterers/bartenders to the housekeeping and everything else. Bertram staff absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate all of us.The rooms themselves are pretty dated, everything is in working order: the beds are soft, the water gets hot quick, and there was a nice little fridge and microwave and coffee maker so the amenities were fine. Poorly lit however, not many outlets to charge devices, and using a physical key often means having to jimmy the door in a particular way to get it to open.The Bertram is an incredible value for the service and location. Great prices and accommodating staff. But if you're looking for modern amenities and creature comforts, this wouldn't be at the top of the list.”

“The only minor complaint I have is that the Orange Juice & Apple Juice was water. The staff was friendly and quick to respond when I needed a coffee filter basket for my room. The Guest Service Rep at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Extremely happy to get this kind of stay for the cost. Will definitely return and recommend. Greatly appreciated!”
