“We have stayed here every year for state competition in Canton. The peacefulness in February is like no other. Super helpful service. I will say the breakfast pre covid was different than post covid. Not as good, but look, you are in amish country where its a fat mans paradise and a diabetics nightmare so food is not that important ESP at an hotel.”

“We recently stayed here and when we walked in to check in, we were greeted with a great smile from the manager, Joseph and by other staff members as we passed one another in the hallways. The entire hotel was very clean; the lobby, the breakfast area, the pool and hot tub. I normally am not a fan of any continental breakfasts but the food there was pretty decent. Our rooms were very spacious which was a bonus when our grandchildren came in to visit. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!”
“So this is my 2nd review but this place is totally awesome we have been here since May and have enjoyed it so much Troy and Amy are amazing as well as the GM Shannon they treat us like family the pool is amazing I would highly recommend to anyone breakfast is good and parking is great.”

“Staff was amazing , the room was amazing , slept great. Was able to early check in with a fee I didn't care tbh. After driving 9 hours just wanna get in and take a nap. Everything was great. “The Bertram Inn is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet, fenced setting that makes you feel a world apart from everything else. It is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with your significant other, peaceful, relaxing, and just the right balance of cozy and refined.
The building itself has unique character since it was once a seminary, and today it has a warm charm that feels both historic and inviting. While it seems to cater mostly to older couples, we are a younger couple and found it absolutely fantastic. It never felt overcrowded, which made it even more enjoyable.
If you are looking for a place to recharge, spend quality time together, and enjoy a slower pace, the Bertram Inn is an excellent choice. ?”
