“We have stayed here every year for state competition in Canton. The peacefulness in February is like no other. Super helpful service. I will say the breakfast pre covid was different than post covid. Not as good, but look, you are in amish country where its a fat mans paradise and a diabetics nightmare so food is not that important ESP at an hotel.”

“We recently stayed here and when we walked in to check in, we were greeted with a great smile from the manager, Joseph and by other staff members as we passed one another in the hallways. The entire hotel was very clean; the lobby, the breakfast area, the pool and hot tub. I normally am not a fan of any continental breakfasts but the food there was pretty decent. Our rooms were very spacious which was a bonus when our grandchildren came in to visit. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!”

“Such a great location and great price! The hotel staff were so kind and friendly! They offer a great Hot Breakfast. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed our swim. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. They are renovating so it is nice to see they are taking care of the lication.”

“This hotel has a very spacious design with a modern urban feel. Fun building, the wood vibrates and you can hear other guests, nothing crazy, it's nice if you're into acoustics. Breakfast is tasty and the coffee is sumptuous. Very family friendly and elderly and handicapped friendly. Wide hallways, roomy elevator, low bump doorways.
Very friendly staff, building is well cared for, pool and jacuzzi are functional and enjoyable. The patio is nice too.

Bonus: If you sit in the front of the hotel on a sunny morning you can watch the beautiful bird show. There are several species of birds having a great time. This was fascinating, I counted 12 species perhaps you will see more. ♥

“We try staying at a Hyatt anytime we travel so when we had multiple trips over the last couple of months to Ohio we booked this Hyatt. The rooms were clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. The front desk staff were always polite and welcoming. Will be staying here again on our next trip to Ohio.”
“My favorite part about this hotel is the history and the friendly staff. Staff says the hotel is older and they used to sneak in and swim when they were kids. Lol.
The architecture is interesting, it makes you feel like you are going in one direction but no you end up elsewhere, lol. Because of the angles.?. Strange and fun.
Wheelchair accessible, laundry service available, has a bar that people seem to really enjoy, nice big pool, lovely courtyard-of course, meh food, excellent coffee, cozy beds, it is nice.
It has a young traveller adventure feel.?”

“The Bertram Inn is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet, fenced setting that makes you feel a world apart from everything else. It is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with your significant other, peaceful, relaxing, and just the right balance of cozy and refined.
The building itself has unique character since it was once a seminary, and today it has a warm charm that feels both historic and inviting. While it seems to cater mostly to older couples, we are a younger couple and found it absolutely fantastic. It never felt overcrowded, which made it even more enjoyable.
If you are looking for a place to recharge, spend quality time together, and enjoy a slower pace, the Bertram Inn is an excellent choice. ?”

“My team and I stayed here to work an event at the HOF; the hotel is so close that it made getting back and forth so easy! Many great restaurants in the area easy doordashing. The bestest thing of all was the staff of angels! This team headed by Allison (who I don't think got much sleep in the 5 days I was there, she was always working!) rocked! Rodney in the morings, very helpful and attentive; Kim on the overnights with a smile as we came back in ( and she made great breakfasts too! Very important to us before working long hours at an event!) and Renee she was everywhere, always with a smile and so kind and bright! Great staff here!”
