“We had a great experience shopping for our mattress! Our salesperson Katelyn was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured, and really helped us find the right mattress for us. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“I had an accident where I broke four vertebrae in my lower back. When I came home from the hospital, I was ready to crawl into my flexsteel recliner and sleep for a week. It was Friday at 2:30 when I was released and when I got home, my recliner was broken!!! I was in full panick mode and called Don. I cant wait until Monday! Within 30 minutes their repairman was in my living room and my recliner was fully operational. I WILL NEVER FORGET DON AND CASEY'S COUNTRYSIDE. Good luck getting that kind of service anywhere else. We are lifetime customers !”

“Shout out to Gordon, he was very patient and understand of our needs. My grandma and grandpa (who are having a difficult time transitioning to a simpler life given their age!) are unhappy with their sleeping arrangements. They have not had a new bed in 30 years and are currently both sleeping on a full size bed. It was time upgrade! Since I love them and want to see them happy, I convinced them to look at getting 2 twin sized beds (so grandma will have her own covers and finally get decent sleep) on and adjustable frame, easy to get out of and good for elevating their legs and upper body (so grandpa will stop snoring!) We walked in and met Gordon, who was filling in for the day, I'm not sure if he was ready for us! He pampered my grandparents, by giving them the tour on all the bells and whistles. I don't remember the last time I saw the look of comfort on my grandmas face when her feet were elevated, she said, oh this feels good! We must have spent 2 hours there and the only one pressuring the sale was me. Needless to say, he made them a quote, gave them a few days to decide if the purchase is right and we spent the evening discussing where to move furinture.”
