“David was amazing, installed a brake light in my Volkswagen with bulbs I purchased at another AutoZone that was less that adequate. He is definitely there to do his job and does it well. I live in Perrysburg, but we'll continue to travel to the Maumee location for the best service!”
“Bought a few standard maintenance parts online for an older vehicle which all arrived in good shape. The two shock absorbers I ordered, for a favorable price, arrived in punctured boxes despite what seemed like an extra effort to put tape around the box. A tip for next time would be to put more tape on the ends of the boxes. In any event, the shocks were still in the boxes and looked undamaged. I would order from Jim White Honda again, but maybe think twice depending on the size/weight of the part.”
“Having lost a waterpump on the weekend, I called after hours they didn't have one but got It ordered right away. All the employees here were so nice and helpful. I got a ride to the hotel and back, letting them k ow had an oversize load and permits were already ordered plus a storm co.ing in , they got me in and out very quickly and efficiently. “I'm a first time truck owner and I could not be more pleased with my Mil-Spec bed-liner!! Mary and her team are so friendly and do an amazing job. I have a 2020 Silverado Custom and the bed was in rough shape. I actually brought it in about a week prior, but it was unable to be sprayed that day due to hardened asphalt and tar in the corners. One thing I appreciated in particular was the fact that the man who helped me was honest and didn't just want to take my money. There is no way the liner would have adhered properly in the state it was in and he protected me from spending hundreds. I had it professionally detailed and brought it back a week later for the liner.
As for the liner itself, it makes it look like I bought my truck yesterday! It even has little metallic-looking specs in it that make it sparkle. The liner and service get a 10/10 from me. I can't believe it's the same truck bed. I'll let the difference speak for itself. Thank you, again!!”
