“I’m from New York and had my truck totaled in Toledo. Cody kept me in the loop the entire time and the front desk is so responsive that I wasn’t worried one bit. Work came out great and Cody was able to offer me different options based on how much $ I wanted to spend. THANK YOU ALL!”

“Bill Watkins was an absolute pleasure to work with. I sent him pictures of my front bumper, which was starting to chip and peel, along with the VIN of my car. He quickly provided a written quote and was able to get the job done just a few days later. He ordered, painted, and installed the bumper, and even fixed a few additional things underneath—all while sticking to his original quote. I will never take my Cadillac to anyone else again!”

“Called into the store this morning and talked with Chuck. He took his time with me in answering my questions that I wasn't even sure what I was asking when it comes to car issues. He walked me through my possible issue and then pointed me to a very fair place to get what I need looked at possibly. I felt heard for once and guided towards a resolution in the end. Thank you for your kindness and just taking time to make me feel heard without saying you need to take care of something else.”

“They didn't have the car battery that I was looking for, which was understandable as it is an oddball size but hoping they may have it looking fora better price than 200.00. However the counter gentleman took the time to look carefully. Very courteous.”
