It seems only unhappy individuals like to use Google reviews but stepping into the branch and seeing the friendly, familial interactions between members and employees never fails to put a smile on my face. This is the place you want to be and go if you want a personal, caring experience in your Financial Institution. Be honest, call in to explain your situation and ask for help and financial advice, and they are ALWAYS available to help. My guess is the bad reviews come from people who ignored calls and overdraft warnings, called when they were in the water well above their heads, then got upset when the options for assistance were limited. I'll be the first to admit I have had to overdraft from time to time, and have missed a payment or two, but if you are transparent and ask for help, the helping hand is there.”
“We have belonged to Sun Federal Credit Union ever since they bought the Riverside Hospital Credit Union. They have always been fair to us, and are always helpful. I'm not thrilled about losing the on-site tellers but, all financial institutions seem to be getting away from on- site tellers. We have had car loans with them along with savings and checking accounts.I have only had one problem with them. But it worked out. Also, unfortunately they don't exchange currency. Overall I have and do recommend Sun Federal to people looking for a new bank.”
