“Update: this morning, Friday 10/27/23, I received a phone message and Google transcript from ubreakifix letting me know they were closed on Wednesday. They left the message around 11 AM which was 2 hours before the appointment. So I gave them 5 stars and I'll reschedule the repair. End update ---They fixed my wife's phone and we're happy. I made an appointment for today but when I arrived no one was there. They called earlier but didn't leave a message so I wasted a trip”
