“Given that most people expect to have bad experiences with USPS, I thought I would share the great experience I had with this post office. I recently had a local move within Toledo, and there were a number of complications with my forward mail request, in part because I had just ordered a passport and didn't want it to get slowed down during mail forwarding. All the folks I interacted with here went above and beyond to help me with these complications. What I found especially impressive is how much they remembered about my situation each time I called or came in. It just showed that they actually cared and wanted to help. They were also just very friendly and cheerful. They made my move less stressful :-D”
“First time using this location and just wanted to say that Martina is a wonderful asset to this place. She was very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable! Thank you for helping me and my wife and I hope that USPS recognizes Martina for being an outstanding employee. I will only be going back to this location from now on :)”

“I've been going here ALOT for the last 4 years to ship my small business etsy orders. The ppl are helpful AND kind. One thing I've learned from other reviewers and actually going to the place and seeing for myself, is that you're hearing from grumpy people on a short fuse lol”

I sent an email to USPS she called me the same day,was very polite, knowledgeable and even offered to look into the issue herself.I really appreciate a business that cares about their customers! “The postmaster at the Waterville, Ohio Post office Is named Phil, and he is very informed and courteous in answering my questions and giving me recommendations. A young lady named, Wren has been delivering my mail. The personal and professional care that I receive is exceptional . Trudging through un shoveled snow, Wren Carefully placed a package on my front porch. That is going above and beyond the call of duty and that typifies the employees at the Waterville Ohio post office! A big thank you to all, for such professional and personal and courteous assistance.”
“This office is staffed by one ass-kicking woman, who (at least in my experience) is always polite, friendly, and helpful. I dropped packages off here routinely for years, every one got scanned correctly and delivered on time.”

“The clerk here is great…kind, compassionate, hard working and efficient. She treats customers like human beings and exercises common sense. Id rather visit this post office because of her over any other local post office.”
“Went to this PO to get postage for 120 booklets. Both ladies behind the counter, Michelle and Donna were pleasant and helpful. After purchasing the postage we began putting the postage on the booklets. At this time the PO was not very busy so Michelle came out to putting the postage on the booklets. I know the PO gets hammered a lot but on this day these two ladies were outstanding.”

“The staff here are so nice and helpful! They were patient with my children during the passport appointment and helpful with my husband’s passport renewal. I’ve also had really good experiences and short wait times when I’ve come in for traditional post office needs.”
