Make the app easier to use. The main issue I had was I couldn't upload one photo to the dispatch link and the link refreshed without any changes saved. The link ultimately timed out before I could submit my responses. Uhaul corporate customer service was less than helpful and abrupt in ending the call.

Langs in Maumee, Ohio was very good to deal with and I have rented from their location before. I would recommend them to anyone.
