Went in to buy a type c wall charger & had a horrible experience. The “UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER” couldn’t figure out how to ring it up so she sends me to another associate and he takes me to a kiosk and without warning me before I put a 50$ bill in there that it would be put towards my NEXT months bill.. so unprofessional. Not a good place considering switching phone services also. Do not recommend at all 0/10

So I have a lot to say about verizon, We were customers for 29 years and our bill was getting outrageous. And that's with not having any new phones. We stopped in to see if they could give us any deal or change our plan to make our cell phone bill more affordable. And he literally said well if you do Automatic payments online we will give you twenty dollars off your bill. Hilarious! That was really a great help. So now we switched to a different service provider. I'm glad you take care of your long time loyal clients, not. Verizon got too big and they don't really care if they keep customers or not because they will just keep raising the bills of their existing customers. An unfortunate truth.

Amada helped me set up 2 new phones and transition all my data, PW's, pic's etc. from the old phones to the new phones seamlessly. The people in this store seem well trained, friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend the Maumee Verizon. Also, for me, it was worth paying a small fee to have them get the new phone up and running.

Adam at this store was fantastic. He was so patient as our family was indecisive while choosing all of our accessories. He answered all of our questions and helped us immensely. I will come back just because of his customer service.

There is always a wait when you walk in, and if you schedule an appointment that doesn't mean you'll be seen at that particular time, you just get moved to top of que and still have to wait. When I asked the gal who checked me in for my appointment to help me she said she was a manager and had to stay free in case one of her reps needed help. What the hell do they pay you to do? Did you not properly train your employees? Eventually when they assist you it takes forever and they always have connectivity issues with their tablets. Customer service is horrible and they don't value any customers time. They are an absolute joke and disgrace. Save yourself the trouble and find another corporate store.

I been waiting more than 20 minutes without any help and I asked her for help she said the employees they start coming after 10 o’clock because they start get busy after 10 o’clock. What this got to do with me do I have to take one day off just to come to Verizon

So slow. And they can’t help with half the issues you might have with your phone. Watched them direct people to Best Buy or a different Verizon store

I up graded my I-pad November of 2020 and the service was transferred I thought to a new I-pad. But that was not done. An additional I-pad instead was added to my account. I have been charged $20 a month since then. Overcharged $680. And there was no solution. It was my fault I should have disconnected the I-pad myself

Awful. We’ve been customers of Verizon since 2003. We’re about to switch, in part because of how truly awful the service at this location was. It was very clear that we were an imposition. The manager made that very clear.

Unbelievably d**** They were all very nice people, but terrible at problem resolution. I placed an order online and they mistakenly cancelled it. They proceed to try to have me repurchase my order in store, but would not offer me the price I paid online. They told me it would be $100 more and acted like that was a good solution. Why should I pay an additional $100 for their mistake? They also never once admitted to the mistake, they all implied it must have been someone else’s mistake.

I am so disappointed in the service I received at this Verizon store . To anyone reading this review please do NOT walk in this store with a simple question. They will charge $30 for a question on how to navigate a new phone I just purchased through VERIZON. I walked into this Verizon store and a sales person by the name of Anthony asked how he could help me .( no customers in the store at the time) I just wanted to know why my search bar was not picking up location. He gave me a “line “ that my google account needed reset and it would cost $29. 00 in order for him to reset it in which I thought was very odd and unreasonable and didn’t make sense that he would charge for human kindness question to a Verizon customer that is still trying to navigate my new phone. Basically giving me the impression he didn’t want to be bothered .The good news is I went down the road to the Verizon dealership and the sales rep was approachable , kind and professional. She listened to my issue which I was quite sure was a quick fix. She had me go to my email. Come to find out it was that I was on my work gmail and not my main gmail. And NOT even close to the problem Anthony tried to convince me for $30.00 service charge it was.What the heck happened to friendly helpful customer service for this location in Maumee Ohio. What happened to being a kind human??? Don’t waste your time at this store ! They will nickel and dime you ! My business will be 3 miles down the street from the Maumee Verizon location where the staff is kind and helpful!
