He was thorough in explaining what he saw, he was empathetic with handling my mom in an emotional state, and he just really went above and beyond to make her feel better about some tough choices. He didn’t rush us out like vets can do sometimes, he was great!!”

I've since moved 20 miles away into michigan, but, after calling around, Brannan was the only vet who would see an emergency kitten whose eye was really bad.They squeezed him in with their fabulous surgeon (a legacy, his mother was a vet there as well), and efficiently threw in a neuter while they were at it. This is the best vet, by far, in this area. We're very fortunate.”

“I would like to give a huge thank you to all of the staff that was working Thanksgiving night, especially Dr. Cole! I brought my dog, Dolly, in after coming home from a Thanksgiving get together and found that she had ingested mouse bait. I tried to get ahold of my regular vet, and all I got was the run around with the after-hours receptionist. So, we called Veterinary Emergency center in Maumee, that we had never been to, and the receptionist was awesome. He was patient and calm, and then he gave us the poison control number to find out what type she had ingested and what the next steps needed to be. Once we got there, he was very helpful and explained what would happen next. They took her to the back to pump her stomach and gave her some medications. While I was there in the exam room, the staff kept coming in to check on me and gave me constant updates with Dolly's status. I went back in the morning to pick her up, and she was cheerful and happy. It has since been almost two weeks, and Dolly seems like she is back to her old self! Again, thank you so much!”
