We've experienced minor surgery, ear infections, and a teeth cleaning. All reasonably priced and good experiences. They even work with us because my bully doesn't care for other male dogs.”

I was extremely nervous for him to undergo surgery since he’s 10 years old, but all of the staff at Shoreland were phenomenal. If you own a guinea pig leave birds and exotic animals and come here. It’s way more personal and caring ”

“I've received good care for my dog, and he absolutely loves daycare. Those are the most important things.That said, I don't like that I can't just order a prescription through Chewy and I need to place the order, go get a paper prescription and mail it (they "don't work with Chewy anymore") and wait for the medication then. All because I didn't go through their preferred website that they email me about multiple times a week.”

They told us everything that was going to be done and assured us many of times that they would call to keep us updated and if we wanted to check on her, we could call anytime day or night. I cannot remember the name of the person I talked to, but he told me what to look for and set my mind at ease. Sure enough, the dog was fine the next day. There's something to be said for a place that can offer 24/7 vet care. Thank you!”

“Was visiting my parents for the holidays and my dogs went from their normal rough playing to a fight that left one needing stitches. The West Suburban team was so kind and extremely thorough. It actually ended up costing less than expected and they kept me up to date throughout her procedure and provided great take home instructions. They called and left a follow-up message the day after, and today I just received a get well card for my little girl. Such a sweet, fantastic team and amazing, above & beyond customer service! Wish I could have them for my home/normal veterinarian needs, but with 3 younger dogs it does feel reassuring to have a go-to place for when I am visiting my parents. Highly recommend them!”
