“I had my windshield replaced my Glassworks about a month ago and am very pleased with the results! The guys at Glassworks were patient and answered all of my questions as I shopped around for quotes. They were knowledgeable about the repair, as well as my vehicle and save me from a money grab for camera recalibration that was not required for the model of my Subaru.”

“Five stars isn’t enough for Senneco Auto Glass! I have a 1970 Chevy C10, and finding someone to replace the leaking front windshield was like searching for a unicorn. When I called Senneco, they were incredibly kind and immediately said they’d love to help. I brought the truck in and met Dave, who was just the best—so friendly, patient, and happy to walk me through the process step by step. Senneco wasn’t able to source the exact glass I wanted (I’m a little picky when it comes to my truck), so I went on a months-long hunt to find it myself. Brought in what I thought was the right glass—nope. Total fail. Came back later with the correct one, and Dave got it installed fast. What really stood out throughout this whole saga is how respectful and kind Dave was every single time I showed up (which was at least four visits). As a woman, I’m no stranger to being talked down to in auto shops, but I never once felt that here. Dave treated me like a valued customer and a fellow enthusiast, and that meant the world to me. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Senneco—and especially Dave—for making a stressful project such a positive experience. I’ll be back next time I need anything glass-related!”

“The customer service provided was truly outstanding; the entire team was pleasant and knowledgeable. What particularly impressed me was their consistent smiles, which conveyed genuine concern for my apprehension about entrusting my car to them. They were truly amazing.”

“I had a great experience getting my door fixed here after a minor collision. The team listened better than other shops I visited and clearly had more experience with my car’s make. Not only was their quote significantly lower ($1,000 compared to $2,600 elsewhere), but they also went above and beyond by fixing my door handle for free before I even dropped off the car—just to make things easier for me. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!”

“Installation was excellent. Only complaint was that upon arrival at the appointment (made 6 days in advance) was told they had the wrong windshield and would have to come back three days later for the correct windshield to be installed.”

“I've dealt with plenty of mechanics over the years, and it's tough to find ones who are truly trustworthy and honest. A national chain recently told me my Q7 needed work, so I got a second opinion from Larchmere Imports (I had to pay a diagnostics fee) and I'm so glad I did. Working with Riley was a real pleasure. He was upfront, fair on pricing, responsive, and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I've now brought both my Audi Q7 and Toyota Prius to Larchmere Imports, and they've handled everything perfectly. I'll only be bringing my cars here from now on. Thanks Riley.”
