“Got to be honest, when we first walked into the crocker park store I wasn't expecting to be treated so well. Did these people blow me away. We ended up purchasing a table from them. They were patient and pushed when I waffled. When it came to installing the table the fellows were here 15 minutes after the earliest expected time and were clean, descent and thorough. I was thrilled with the results and these guys were clearly not on their first rodeo, the installation was perfect. the placement perfect the level nice. I want to go back into say thank you but I am too busy playing pool :-) in due time.”
“My wife ordered something online and had it shipped to the house. After we assembled it, it just wasn't to our liking.
She stopped in and talked to the manager about returning it even though it was assembled. They had to have her contact customer service and after a little time on the phone with them, they allowed us to return it.
She came home, we packed it up in two cars and drove back to the store where the staff was helpful in taking it into the be store and completing the return.
We are very appreciative of being able to return the item and of the store staff for their help.”
