Not sure why this bank has a low rating but my experience has been nothing but exceptional. I have a mortgage with this bank, got the most competitive rates, the folks there are gracious and friendly.

Good bank. Did my mortgage through them. People are nice too.

The people are nice but I've ran into a couple times where their system(s) were down and it was pretty inconvenient. Maybe I'm just unlucky but it happened more than once so whatever that's why I'm only going 3 stars because having access to my money and banking services is important to me.
