“I love this bank. Hard to believe (ie, who loves banks?), but it's true. I obtained my original mortgage with Third Federal ten years ago. Their rates are competitive, they offer a range of products for a variety of different situations, and their employees are knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I find it very important to work with a regional lender that is conservative, transparent, and owns the loans they write (ie, versus selling them, like some other lenders did before the crash). With Third Fed, I always know who I'm dealing with. This is especially true since it seems that their turnover at this branch is low- many of the tellers and staff predated our association. Our relationship has been surprise free, and for that, I'm grateful.”
