“The Mayfield store is good however it is impossible to shop by the furniture space in this store. It’s piled up, crowded and aisles are usually blocked. Other than that I enjoy shopping here and found many cool things!”

“Such a great experience! I had a recent experience at a resale shop for kids and it was just horrible so I kind of had PTSD walking into another one. This experience could not have been better! From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and professional. They took my bins and said it would be about 20 minutes. My husband and I had another errand so we left to do that. I received a text 10 minutes later that it was ready! When we came back again the staff was friendly and professional. They gave me my bins with what they didn't buy ( I had some out-of-season items that they said to check back when they were buying) and my offer, with an itemized receipt! Cash in hand I left very pleased with the entire experience! Next time I'll make sure I have time to shop too!”

“You could easily be here for hours. The owners clearly know what they’re doing. The used records are thoroughly cleaned and reviewed, it’s incredibly impressive. Prices are generally fair and the selection is diverse.”

“These guys are incredibly nice and accommodating. I called to ask about selling some records and Noah answered. He was friendly, courteous and patient as I mentioned what I had to sell. Also, honest.

The day I arrived I could not remember exactly where the store was, so I called again. Noah was very kind again and narrowed it down.

Upon entry Noah was very friendly and helpful. He smiled and we laughed at some of the goofiness I entered the store with. I think I had two LP boxes, and Noah came to aid.

Pete the owner came out at some point and amidst all the small talk, you could tell these folks are what small independent places need.

They went through my stuff and we’d have some small chats todo about nothing really. I can babble when I sense friendliness. Save in point if you’re reading the review.

You could see the regulars that come by, other folks… and just a genuine cool place with a cool owner and co-worker. They could teach a graduate school class on customer service. We need that lately it seems!

On a scale of 1-5 they should get a 10 for just being human and humane. As I was leaving Pete and I had a very cool, relatively personal conversation which was very endearing.

So if you’re on the east side of CLE or early for a show at the Beachland on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday… check em out!”

“Just purchased some new clothes. The owners were so sweet and the clothes are amazing. They were patient with me, and gave me good recommendations and support on the clothes I was considering (which was wonderful because I’m very indecisive). I will definitely be back again.”

“I have bought gems from this store -- a 100% cashmere swing coat, an MCM pentagon table, and a pair of black Kate Spade slingback kitten heels. The housewares are fantastic. I bought two art glass vases. The owner has a team of people who search for secondhand and vintage treasures who sell on consignment through her shop. The effort results in one of the best vintage shopping inventories in Cuyahoga County. I'm giving 4 stars because the owner can be unfriendly and uncompromising on price.”

“Te employees were very friendly! From when I entered, to when I wanted to try on and answering my questions. I didn’t feel inferior at all which I tend to feel when I go into public these days. I truly felt they were there FOR me, even though I wasn’t the only one in the store. And when checking out, the sales associate made eye contact and addressed me by name! Made me feel valued and I will definitely be back!”

“Gianna and her staff at CLE Consignment are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have sold and purchased items from them and received excellent service each time. CC is the only consignment store that I trust enough to purchase designer items at a discount in the area. I never have to question authenticity and love each treasure I have brought home. It is always a treat to stop in and shop at CLE Consignment!”

“I came to “Past Meets Present” expecting an antique store, that’s what Google maps said they would be. They are not that at all, but I don’t think they’re trying to be. I would classify it more their store as a bespoke, luxury boutique, catering almost to the “old money” aesthetic. I may not be using the correct words to describe this aesthetic, I am not the target demographic and I am not “in” on what terms would be used. But their aesthetic is clearly very curated, as are the items they sell.
The collection reminds me of my grandmother, it is warm and makes me happy in that way. But it is also very disconnected from how I would choose to style myself or what I choose to buy. “Past Meets Present” is not for everyone, but it is very well suited for those that would enjoy it”

“Star pop is a cute little vintage store in the Waterloo District. We have visited Waterloo several times recently and this is the first time it has been open. We had to stop in and take a look. Despite being a small store the amount of inventory was enormous. You could tell the owner has been buying/collecting for some time. I think he was actually looking at items to purchase when we were in the store. Although we didn't purchase anything on this trip we will definitely stop by again. There appeared to be many hard to find items and items that were very nostalgic. It was fun to look around. The prices seemed fair.”

“Super amazing staff. Not sure of the employee’s name, but she was very sweet and helpful when I needed different items/sizes. I also love that they carried a lot of options in larger sizes!”

“I love their shades they have so many different selections and colors. Every time I come in here they’re always playing Drake and that’s a plus for me. The store is very clean, but I feel like the men’s clothes are very limited. There’s a picture of me wearing one of their shades. Their customer service skills are amazing. Everything is pretty organized. The fitting rooms are large and they have this amazing sell that takes place in March. Check out the store because the employees are very welcoming!”

“The workers are SO nice and helpful. I would also like to give a shoutout to the dark hair girl I think her name is ashley. She helped me pick out different sizes and brought them to the fitting room for me. Will be coming back!!!!!”

“Staff is really friendly and I always find something special. Prices are good and the low prices keep it a service to the community. Much respect! Stuff is organized by color, which is the old-school way, my favorite!”

“Absolutely amazing! Answered my call with professionalism and wasn’t rude like the other locations! Looking forward to selling to them and seeing how that goes! But answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel bad!”

“I go to this Goodwill from South Euclid, where I reside because of the quality level of the items and the price. To me, it’s the best Goodwill that I have been to in Cleveland.”

“In July I purchased a beautiful, leaded glass, art-deco transom window for my new home addition. Lawrence & Sally were delightful to work with. They were very patient with us as we made multiple visits to the store owing to the fact that we couldn't make up our minds. Once we decided on the window we wanted, Lawrence & Sally were very helpful. I feel the pricing was fair and, frankly, the superb customer service was a welcome change from recent shopping experiences other places. I highly recommend shopping with Artisan Antiques and Jewelry.I was waiting to write this review because I wanted to include a picture of my purchase after it was installed in my house; however, construction is taking longer than expected and so our purchase is not yet installed. Hopefully I will soon be able to add a photo to my review.”

“This is by far the most amazing Plato’s Closet I’ve been too. I was greeted with a welcome in and then I was asked if I needed any help while shopping. When I went to checkout the girls were super nice. I love this place”
