🚆 I traveled on Amtrak from Los Angeles for 3 nights and I arrived at 6:30am (way too early for check in on a Sunday morning with a full hotel checking out); however, Tess at the Front Desk made sure that I was quickly assigned a very comfortable and clean guest room as she sensed that I truly needed to rest. Tess extended professional kindness and personal compassion to me in the midst of her multi-tasking and she recommended that I enjoy a full complimentary breakfast with very nutritional choices in the hotel community dining room! Truly, I appreciated the caring welcome home to Cleveland (retired Regina High School Teacher) after 3 years volunteering in the SouthWest with our refugees and our homeless community. The entire staff was very attentive, friendly and exuded positive energy in their workspace and I appreciate their outstanding commitment to cleanliness and hospitality. May God continue to bless Staybridge Suites with appreciative guests and professional employees!💫”

“My family and I LOVE TLG Shaker Heights! We started Birds classes when my baby turned one, and she has truly grown by leaps and bounds. She is an only child and TLG allows her to have great socialization with different babies her age while they work on a variety of skills. I have truly seen my girl grow in confidence with how her body moves, as well as with interpersonal relationships like you wouldn't believe. She is so outgoing now, with both the other children as well as adults. Learning some of the activities in class has also helped guide us for some activities at home as well to encourage walking, balance, etc. The teachers/coaches are all incredible with the children, they never force them to do anything and always work with the child's buy-in of whatever the activity is. The entire staff is so friendly and open, you really feel like you're a part of the family. The space is also large (and very clean!) with a wide variety of equipment for children to explore as well as for teaching different skills. We are so happy to have found TLG Shaker Heights!”

This has got to be one of Cleveland’s best-kept secrets when it comes to event venues! I spent months searching for the perfect venue and ultimately decided to postpone my event because I couldn’t find a place that checked all my boxes.

Then Gino’s Event Center came across my social media feed, and it looked like exactly what I had been searching for. I wanted a venue with easy access for seniors, private parking, windows throughout, the flexibility to bring my preferred caterer, and a venue that was gorgeous without any decorations. Gino’s delivered all of that and more!

Shannon was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life. She was and is an absolute joy throughout the entire process.

Gino’s was such a hit with everyone who attended. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient, and versatile event venue in Cleveland, I highly recommend Gino’s. It truly exceeded my expectations!

“I had the opportunity to rent the Henn Mansion for a family brunch of approximately 40 people. Being a hour away & having a busy schedule that week, I was unable to see the space in person. Cherie, the Event Coordinator/Manager of the mansion, made the rental process seamless! I was sent photos of the space & was able to complete the contract & send it back by email! On the day of the brunch, I was amazed! The pictures had not done justice to this gorgeous place! So much character & warmth. Cherie's customer service was exceptional! Cherie made herself available for any questions or concerns that I may have had.The Henn Mansion also has a beautiful lake views! Perfect for an intimate wedding! “My kids, parents and I had an absolute blast here! Climbing galore! A second story obstacle course with safety harness and some ninja warrior obstacles! I was completely wore out after about 4 hours here! Great place for the kids to burn off some steam in the middle of winter in northeast Ohio. They have snacks, an arcade, a racing obstacle course, climbing walls and even a small course for young children.”
