Don't recommend this location. I have been here several times, told several different things compared to customer service and personally, I think they lie at any cell phone store to make a buck, but the service I've had here was just plain uncalled for

Customer service is not their strong suite the switch from T-Mobile was supposed to duplicate my existing service. My i-Watch and i-Pad phone service was not connected. My hotspot did not work,; I called Verizon and was told it wasn't working. An hour later I walked into the Verizon store. It was told the hospital was working. As an angry customer I don't think I need to say PLEASE each time that I asked the customer rep to do something. I am not being disrespectful to the Customer rep. I'm being very upset with the company the rep should get that through her head this distinction.

My spouse came in just wanting to order a phone that the Verizon site was glitching on when they tried to do it through there.The employees were rude and pushed a "better" phone than what she told them she wanted.At the same time another customer was needing to just buy a single charger for her phone and the Verizon employee was trying to sell an accessory package.Instead of just being kind and helpful the opposite was going on. It's really unfortunate. This store needs to do better.

Amazing experience working with Nate at this location. Extremely knowledgeable, professional & funny. He listened to what I needed & then recommended the perfect phone, iPad & accessories. I was amazed at how he efficiently was helping many customers at the same time but no one felt left alone. This store is very lucky to have him!

This is the best Verizon store. I had the most incredible service with Trey. He answered all my questions and was completely knowledgeable and very patient. Verizon is very lucky to have Trey.

Nate is amazing! He listened to what we needed, was professional, and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs for multiple phones. Verizon is lucky to have an employee like that!

Lana was very helpful and friendly. It’s important to know that some things can not be done in the store.Cancellations and returns after 30 days require a call to customer service.I thought I could show up at the store and take care of everything I needed done.The store can facilitate pickups and purchases but not changes to account or plans.I sat in a corner and resolved what I needed to on the phone and then picked up my new device there.My rep at the 800 # was also very helpful.

The experience was good and the person that waited on me was very friendly and polite. The thing that I don't like about Verizon the longer you been with the company the more you have to spend I've been with the company for over 35 years and I can't get any kind of price reduction I'm a senior citizen now and I can't afford that high price coming into the company now you get a cheaper price to come in but if you've been here for a while you don't doesn't seem fair if you want to keep your customers happy try lowering the price for your senior citizens.

The manager carefully explained my Pixel 7 pro discounts and printed out a bill. You want Verizon over T-Mobile because of their superior sales & support. Heck when i was at Taco Bell the connection was the 5G UW highest speed of all providers. Now i wish they would support 5G internet Euclid, Ohio so i could switch from Spectrum cable ...

At the Mayfield Heights, Ohio store, my boyfriend and I, after getting conflicting information from employees about who to call, went through a very long (4+ hours) and extremely frustrating experience and phone call in an attempt to do a basic task of transferring from our family plans to a family plan together. A woman complained to a sales person named Kevin about how annoying my boyfriend was on the phone call, which Kevin laughed at and whispered, “his girlfriend is right there”. So unprofessional. Yeah, my boyfriend was obviously frustrated during the phone call because this process is needlessly complicated, but have some decency maybe?! Especially as an employee! Anyone would be frustrated with this experience.Also want to note how unenthusiastic workers are here and how hard it is to get all the information. When we had to go back, we went to a different location and the service was exceptional and the people were helpful.

Never reached ANYONE! It's Only an 800 phone number. Does NOT Connect to the ACTUAL STORE!!!! I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS STORE DID WITH THE UNUSED 5G HOME INTERNET EQUIPMENT I RETURNED??? BUT, THEY DID NOT ENTER IT IN THE SYSTEM!!! I'M STILL GETTING BILLS!!!NO WAY TO RESOLVE MATTER!!!
