4411 Warren - Sharon Rd, Vienna Center OH 44473
“Eugene helped me just yesterday with a package that was lost. He was incredible. So friendly and willing to help. He also called me back at the end of the day to update me and informed me the package was found and being delivered that afternoon. It’s very rare in this world that you encounter someone that is so professional and willing to help. He really went the extra mile.”

“This post office is awesome. I was wondering why the huge line seemed to calm when I first went in. It turns out that they had no reason to be upset. You know how post offices tend to be overheated or cold or somehow both? Not this one. It was comfortable. There was one person at the counter, Ken, and he was fast, friendly, polite, and somehow made the transaction fun. It was the best post office experience ever.”

2030 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown OH 44509
“Staff was super helpful. Saved me from a serious mistake that would have costed me a major inconvenience. Friendly, convenient...it's a much smaller post office that the one in Austin town so don't expect to find allllll the variety of greeting cards n all the many different things ...or like downtown Youngstown...think...bare minimum but definitely enough to get the job done in most cases! It's only a small space tho they can't fit all that kind of stuff!”

“Aside from everyone else’s comments, I actually had a very pleasant experience. The gentleman here was very helpful with me trying to ship some papers out and didn’t make me go to the back of the line either after adjusting the postal address. Both of the staff members were super kind and unlike the typical mail service employees that are talked about in the other reviews. Thanks to you two!”

“The gals at the Howland location are lovely. Very helpful and polite, they're always ready to serve you with a smile and a joke. I drive from Cortland because Niles and Cortland office workers are miserable to deal with and completely cranky. Thanks Howland!!”

“My letter carrier went completely above and beyond today and I want it known to all. I’m elderly and live alone. I was trying to get my trash to the curb and was slipping and sliding. A fall would be awful. He saw me and took charge, taking my trash bin all the way down my driveway!! I wish I would have gotten his name but he delivers on Churchill across from dollar general. Thank you Mr Postal Carrier!!”
