“The guys at Burnt Rubber took great care of my truck, and me! Unexpectedly, my exhaust rusted out, and was dragging on the ground. I was able to temporarily tie it up enough to get it home. I called a few repair shops, however they said the earliest they could get it in was in about 4 days. Not having a spare vehicle, I couldn't wait that long. I got a referral from a friend to call Dave from Burnt Rubber Garage. I explained my situation, and he moved his schedule around to work my repair in for that same day. He gave me honest/fair pricing, and was able to make the repair saving me from having to deal with getting a rental car, juggling schedules, etc... Great customer service, and quality work... I would highly recommend them!”

“These guys are absolutely awesome! I bought a vintage 1979 Ford Bronco to restore. I went to probably about 15 repair/restoration shops and as soon as I was done talking to these guys, I knew that this was the place I was going to trust with my vehicle. For starters, everyone who works there seems really passionate about what they do. These guys were excited to hear my repair/restoration plans and even offered advice and tips on how to tackle everything. I had a huge laundry list of things that I wanted them to fix and replace and they went through everything, and then thoroughly explained to me what they thought was salvageable, and what needed to be repaired or replaced. “I don’t have enough space to say all the good things I would like to say about the team and service at Tide Source. My wife needed a tire shop for specialty tires (camper) on a weekend after buying a used camper. Curtis took the time for multiple planning phone calls, then when the day came, he personally blocked traffic while we backed the camper into the lot and he put on our new tires, all just before closing time. He was familiar with towing trailers and he had great advice. The rest of the crew that I talked to was also courteous. (Good thing we decided to buy the tires before getting on the interstate- Curtis found a separated band in one of the tires that would have led to a blow out on the interstate.)”
“Steve was very kind to take a look at my car even without an appointment, so I wouldn't get stranded. I had this battery/starting issue over a year. Went to several places but none seemed to be able to find the issue. Steve did a great job with the electrical. He found the problem, was able to get my batteries replaced under warranty and get the original manufacturer part the same day so I had my car by afternoon.I am very appreciative of his kindness, listening to my observations and fixing my car so quickly. It now runs like when I first purchased it. And he tried to keep the cost down for me.His receptionist was also very understanding and nice to speak with. She was able to take me home while I waited for the repair. I highly recommend the service at Spring Grove Automotive.”

“On a Saturday, I was shopping in Medina came out to my car and found it not turning on. I immediately called roadside assistance because I thought it was a battery. It turned out to be a starter. I had the car towed to Grizzly Auto in Medina where first thing on Monday morning they checked over the car and called me to give me a quote on a new starter. I find the team there to be reliable, professional, and honest. I trust them with my car.”

“This is a really great shop. I stopped on a whim to get new tires for my work car. And they had me in and out (without an appointment) in about an hour. When some of the aluminum shells on my old lug nuts cracked, they offered to replace them with one piece lug nuts for free. I went back again to get my TPMS sensors replaced, and my experience was just as good. The prices are fair. The staff is not focused on upselling you. The service times are fast. And they have always treated me fairly. I would recommend Discount Tire to my friends and family. They have become my preferred tire shop.”

“I purchased a 2006 Scion tC from here and the main thing that I was really impressed by was the owner's patience. Originally I test drove it just for fun but when I got serious about buying it, the salesman was patient, he let me take it for a pre purchase inspection which was key, and he let me take it on a nice long test drive to really get a good feel for if the car was right for me. The negotiating process couldn't have been any easier. I came in with an offer, he made a VERY reasonable counteroffer, and I drove it off the lot. I could've taken the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty but since I have mechanical abilities, I took it as is. If you need a good and reasonably priced used car, your first and final stop should be Nationwide Autoworks!”
