I just picked up a very heavy package for my son. The worker was friendly but absolutely no help getting the package to the car. I wouldn’t expect help carrying it, but she could have offered a cart or dolly. Luckily, another customer helped me. Will not be using FedEx again.

Despite arriving minutes before closing, Matthew was extremely kind and professional. My initial emails were delayed and I had a few important documents to print. He was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. Matthew, thank you so much for the exceptional customer service this evening!
