id give zero stars if there was an option. this has to be the worst pharmacy in northeast ohio. getting meds filled routinely is worse than pulling teeth. i honestly feel like my 9 year old son would run a pharmacy better. no one has a clue. some staff are rude. any where else would be an upgrade

Store is nice as you'd expect. The pharmacy is very unorganized and just had bottles and prescriptions piled up on file cabinets and tech had to rifle through bags after bags to find our prescription in the pile. I understand it's the sick season and lots of people needs drugs but I just feel this level of inorganization could lead to someone somehow getting the wrong meds or the wrong bottle in the correct bag or something. A little organization can help avoid confusion. The staff was friendly and helpful and I know there's a staffing shortage I just organization improves image a lot.

The pharmacist Diane is by far one of the most helpful people I have ever met. Roxanne the tech always seems to be there when I pick and they are amazingly helpful as well!! Highly recommend

The problem with this Pharmacy drive thru is its always closes too early and for seniors like my mom who has chronic pain it really should have much better drive thru hours! Its ridiculous. Some people cant walk and go into a store or it may be very hard for them if they dont have assistance.

I'm changing pharmacies after my 15 minute wait due to two customers taking up the only 2 pharmacy techs with copious amounts of questions. The store can't stay staffed but yes, let's update the self checkout to show just how short staffed the store is. There are 6 self chechouts with red lights flashing but the front end manager was too busy talking to another employee to do her job. The customer service desk was also closed but every hand on deck was helping with a reset. Giant Eagle doesn't care about customer time. They just want stores to look pretty. I'll never shop there again.

I know there are staffing shortages but to have the drive thru closed all the is not what I'm looking for Drug Mart Walgreen still has there's open

Terrible service at this drive through. Takes FOREVER!! They need to tell people to be ready and pull around if they are waiting for a RX. People use the drive-through because they cannot go in the store for various reasons so the workers should be cognizant of that and the high gas prices were all paying.
