“A bit expensive but you pay for the convenience. I was promptly greeted by a friendly face. He went over everything that my car recommended. I got the oil change and tire rotation. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. He didn’t try and oversell anything and was very friendly while we waited. I will certainly go back if/when I’m in a pinch again.”

“Great team of employees, friendly, knowledgeable, did not charge me for things other dealers told me I needed. HONEST goes at the top of the list. Always a good experience, my husband I have used them for years.”

“Top Shelf Service 10-Star if that was offered. The reason I came here today is my car was running very rough. I could not understand what was going on. I always get my oil changed regularly with Take 5. The workers atbthis location were very professional and courteous. Ms. B went above and beyond on just offering me an oil change. I was advised that my oil was low to none and my coolant had not been flushed in 7 years and that was the reason my oil was very low. Ms. B advised me the last time my filters were changed. One of the filters was out- of-stock at this location so Ms. B called and ordered it to arrive at her location. Therefore, I will go back before end-of-day to have it installed. My car is now running 100% better. Prior to going to the Pearl Rd, Medina location, I went to the Take 5 on Northfield Rd in Maple Hts 2 weeks ago and without even going under my hood, the employee said to come back when my oil indicators says 5-10% I actually needed my oil changed at that time. Thank you Ms. B for caring and taking the time to assist me.”

“I had an emergency and my tire was flat, and I had been needing new tires for some time. Ordered tires a week ago and they came in early. My Appointment wasn’t until later and they were able to get me right in to have new tires installed, and balanced. Great service I am so thankful all the employees were helpful and you can’t go wrong with a road hazard warranty for the life of the tires. They kept me informed through text and phone calls. The whole auto care center provided excellent service! So appreciative of the whole team, and so glad they could get me in early. Can’t beat the price or service including ordering the specific tires I wanted for my vehicle.”
