“A bit expensive but you pay for the convenience. I was promptly greeted by a friendly face. He went over everything that my car recommended. I got the oil change and tire rotation. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. He didn’t try and oversell anything and was very friendly while we waited. I will certainly go back if/when I’m in a pinch again.”
“Haven taken our cars to Conrad's for years. Always super friendly. They get me in fairly quickly. They always complete the job on time. I believe they are honest and don't recommend unnecessary repairs. I really like the video inspections/explanations they provide. I won't go anywhere else.”
“I had an emergency and my tire was flat, and I had been needing new tires for some time. Ordered tires a week ago and they came in early. My Appointment wasn’t until later and they were able to get me right in to have new tires installed, and balanced. Great service I am so thankful all the employees were helpful and you can’t go wrong with a road hazard warranty for the life of the tires. They kept me informed through text and phone calls.
The whole auto care center provided excellent service! So appreciative of the whole team, and so glad they could get me in early. Can’t beat the price or service including ordering the specific tires I wanted for my vehicle.”
“The service took quite a bit longer than I expected. I waited in the bay while I watched 4 techs try to figure out the coolant changing pump while I watched and waited. Then when the service started, one guy(manager I think) walks over to my truck, doesn't say a word to me, he pulls my air filter, oil dip stick, and starts to fill the washer reservoir. At which point I told him not to fill with the blue stuff. Then he walked anyway...I waited a few more minutes before the same (manager) told one tech to slide over to my truck. Very inefficient and slow service compared to that which I have received at my local area. Wasn't the worst time getting my oil changed, but wasn't very good”
