“On a Saturday, I was shopping in Medina came out to my car and found it not turning on. I immediately called roadside assistance because I thought it was a battery. It turned out to be a starter. I had the car towed to Grizzly Auto in Medina where first thing on Monday morning they checked over the car and called me to give me a quote on a new starter. I find the team there to be reliable, professional, and honest. I trust them with my car.”
“The guys at Burnt Rubber took great care of my truck, and me! Unexpectedly, my exhaust rusted out, and was dragging on the ground. I was able to temporarily tie it up enough to get it home. I called a few repair shops, however they said the earliest they could get it in was in about 4 days. Not having a spare vehicle, I couldn't wait that long. I got a referral from a friend to call Dave from Burnt Rubber Garage. I explained my situation, and he moved his schedule around to work my repair in for that same day. He gave me honest/fair pricing, and was able to make the repair saving me from having to deal with getting a rental car, juggling schedules, etc... Great customer service, and quality work... I would highly recommend them!”

“Quality tire installation and wheel alignment. I made an appointment and expected to have the job done upon my arrival but was told it would be done “by the end of the day.” Negotiated back to 3pm as my wife had to work and needed her car by then. Also experienced significant upsell sales tactics. These things being said, the tires are great and I’m happy with the installation.”
“I called last minute and they got me right in! No funny business! They kept me updated and even called to let me know it was gonna be a little bit longer to figure out all the problems! They sent me a text link to the diagnostic and called me! I was ready to make the fixes and they got right on it and was completed that day! From the first phone call they were sweet and kind! The shuttle was able to take me where I needed to be once I dropped it off!! I even got a monkey on my mirror when I picked it up!!”
“My 15 year old FASS lift pump died and I took it to RDP to get checked out. Karl quoted me some options, including replacing it with another FASS. He recommended a Fleece lift pump and I am so glad I went with his recommendation. My 2nd Gen Cummins runs better than it has ever before.I am definitely going back for a transmission rebuild, fuel injectors and a turbo and anything else I need for my truck.”
“I purchased a 2006 Scion tC from here and the main thing that I was really impressed by was the owner's patience. Originally I test drove it just for fun but when I got serious about buying it, the salesman was patient, he let me take it for a pre purchase inspection which was key, and he let me take it on a nice long test drive to really get a good feel for if the car was right for me. The negotiating process couldn't have been any easier. I came in with an offer, he made a VERY reasonable counteroffer, and I drove it off the lot. I could've taken the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty but since I have mechanical abilities, I took it as is. If you need a good and reasonably priced used car, your first and final stop should be Nationwide Autoworks!”

“We had an issue with our RV oven, which we use quite a bit. For a year, it had not been staying lit. We tried all the normal things, even replacing the pilot assembly. Two other companies tried to fix it, with zero results. I took it to George at Premier and he promised fix it. It did take quite a while (partly due to slow arrival of parts), but it's fixed! He called to say he had baked a pot pie! Our first trip out, and the oven is working well. While the communication during the process could have been more prompt, we are very happy to have a working oven!”

“I dealt with Jerry. For two months to buy my first trailer as a owner op. Man he has a awesome attitude, great to work with. I bought a 2012 landstar trailer and I got a VERY good deal.. the trailer is in fantastic shape. Auto inflation, vents, all I need to make money. Solid! My trailer wasn’t in the location of Jerry it was 2 hours at another location. So everything was done remote. That didn’t stop Jerry from giving ME AWESOME service and went way out of his way to get things done. The trailer had a couple issues that needed to be addressed it felt like he was there beside me because that’s how on top of it he was. Thanks again man! Great place. Good prices. Awesome people.”

“Steve was very kind to take a look at my car even without an appointment, so I wouldn't get stranded. I had this battery/starting issue over a year. Went to several places but none seemed to be able to find the issue. Steve did a great job with the electrical. He found the problem, was able to get my batteries replaced under warranty and get the original manufacturer part the same day so I had my car by afternoon.I am very appreciative of his kindness, listening to my observations and fixing my car so quickly. It now runs like when I first purchased it. And he tried to keep the cost down for me.His receptionist was also very understanding and nice to speak with. She was able to take me home while I waited for the repair. I highly recommend the service at Spring Grove Automotive.”

“From my experience with these guys they are honest and upfront. They never tried to scam or do add ons without asking for approval. They explain everything thoroughly. They may be the most expensive or they be the cheapest on pricing and I don't know about that compared to others but they don't play any games whenever I need work and most importantly they work with me and my schedule to get things done so my life isn't interrupted as much.”
