“My local DDM location at Wooster Pike is awesome. I hope DDM NEVER goes to self-checkouts. Personal service makes shopping a pleasurable experience. DDM's online login and account system needs drastic server upgrade. It is slow as molasses.”
“Discount Drug Mart on route 3 is a terrific store!!! It is always so clean and well stocked!!! I can always find everything I need there. Drug Mart is not just a drug store with a great pharmacy, but they have everything from fresh fruit and veggies to cleaning supplies!!!Even when it was Christmas time, I could find gifts for people on my Christmas list!!! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Even when Lysol was in short supply, one of the stock boys went and looked in the back room for me. Valerie has been there a long time and is always so pleasant and helpful as a cashier. She is quick and efficient as well. If you need to pick up some quick food or supplies, you should try Discount Drug Matt, you won't be disappointed!!”

“I absolutely love Adam! He’s always happy to see us! Adam is very helpful and informative! When I went to pick up my prescription he told me he liked the wedding colors I picked. I was confused at first because I didn’t tell him what colors I picked. Then it dawned on me., he was talking to mother when she came to get her prescriptions. Adam always asks how my mini poodle is doing!! That’s so awesome that he cares so much about my family! I can’t say enough good things about Adam. I am so glad he is my pharmacist! He’s like family!❤️”

“They are ok, but they close the pharmacy from 1:30-2:00 and I never remember that as all the other pharmacies I have ever gone through do not close. But I was able to find my medicine there when many other places were out of it.”
“Pharmacist, Chris, went out of his way to help me get my medication! I had been looking for a certain med and called multiple stores. I was greeted mostly with employees who sounded annoyed or just didn’t care and I was about to give up. I decided to try one more store even though it was over an half hour away, and I’m so thankful that Chris answered! He was so nice and called right away to have my RX transferred and searched around to get me the best price possible. He called to give me updates and had it ready within a half hour. I am truly thankful, as it is hard to find kind people who actually take pride in their jobs these days. The lady who checked me out was so nice too! I highly recommend this pharmacy. However when I went there the manager instantly made it right and refunded me. The customer service was 100% there, although I am upset now who knows what person has pictures with my daughters face all over them.. but it was an honest mistake they quickly tried to make right.”
