DO NOT rent a unit with this company!
They raise rates whenever they feel like it despite clarifying that the rate will be the same during the lifetime of the unit. Despite this, when clarifying with a rep that the rates would never change as long as I had the unit after 2 months, they got a 50% rate hike, then the following month they did it again. I'm in a different state attempting to finish building our house and put our belongings with public storage, thinking they would be safe. Instead, I'm being held up. This is a robbery of trust and peace of mind I thought we were getting when we chose this company to house our belongings in this stressful time and instead I'm getting more headaches and will have to put everything on hold to come correct my error in thinking this was a reputable company. !!DO NOT!! make the same mistake I did and go somewhere else!!

Anna from Public Storage was rude. I’m not pleased with her snide remarks. This was the absolute first time I ever rented a storage unit. Not pleased at all. The customer service is awful @ the Medina location on Pearl Road
Ok. So. I am going to fast forward a few weeks. I received a call from Max, the District Manager from Public Storage & Christine. I want to thank you both for being so kind. Little did I know that Max was going to call, but he was SUPER NICE & Christine too! Thank you both Kindly & it’s been a pleasure doing business with both of you..

After leaving a bad review the corporate manager from Akron caled me to dress my concerns told him not much he can do it's an AI corporate thing now everything's automated but I appreciate it he took the time to call me I vented a little ? told him to have a great day and I would leave a better post rating. Use storages all over the country things aren't like the old days????

I went in yesterday 3/29/24 to upgrade my storage unit to a bigger unit. Anna was super helpful, and we had it done in minutes. Quick and painless.I highly recommend Public Storage in Medina as I have always had a good experience there, and rarely when I have a question or need to fix something like switching storage units they are extremely helpful!

Very clean. Very nice property manger. Managed to loose my lock keys and they were very helpful with cutting and replacing my lock.

I am very dissatisfied with the rude behavior from staff at this location. The district manager said to remove the bad reviews, or he would charge us a 250 dollar clean-up fee. It doesn't work that way, Max. We finally spoke to the regional manager, who quickly solved the issue. I'm not sure why your response is thank you again. It's my only review on this matter.
