Had a pipe stolen and he gave me one free of charge with some hairline cracks and told me “if you drop it once it’ll probably break” pipe lasted me 3 years and bounced more times than I can count. “1-year customer and counting. Great lounge. Awesome selection in the humidor, clean and well-laid out lounge, large TVs. This lounge has a 24x7 heated pavilion for customers. Very unique amenity out of all the lounges I’ve frequented in my 15 years of smoking. Most importantly, the regulars are very welcoming across all walks of life. Great spot for a novice at cigars wanting to dabble and connoisseurs. The employees and owner put their passion into their work and it shows. Biggest advice to anyone new, come in and enjoy a smoke and introduce yourself to everyone. You’ll enjoy the experience.”

“Really great place! The lounge rooms are so relaxing. Fresh air. Great ventilation systems. Interesting characters. Friendly staff. There weren't any Ghurka cigars, and this is my only complaint. Great selection otherwise. Public kitchen. Bring your own booze. Don't be a douche and bring your own cigar, though -- purchase several there, and then have one on premises. Just started going, but I am told there are regular events based on the weather and other factors.”
