I don’t know why this office is still open. The employees are apathetic and condescending. Just now, I asked if they had passport forms and the gentleman at the counter said “we haven’t had them in 20 years.”

This establishment would be better if it was all robots. Worst USPS experience EVER. Bring your camp gear and a sleeping bag, you’ll be inside for a while. The year is 2025, why can’t this process be contactless and self serve….
