“So far have had nothing but good experiences! Been in 3x so far... the vaccine prices are comparable if not lower than many local places including the low cost spay and neuter place and those mobile clinics. My cat usually hates the vet but has come around in recent years... he thoroughly enjoyed making me look like a liar and let his vet croon all over him and even brush him! I also just rescued 2 neglected adult German Shepherds who had a very rough history with being vetted. The teamwork they put in to assist was fabulous. They didn't force the muzzle as they saw that only made things worse. I had only known these poor dogs for 2 days so I wasn't sure what to expect as far as aggression goes... but the staff compromised and gauged the dogs and their anxiety and limits. We all decided when enough was enough and scheduled a follow-up visit the following week as there was much more to do than expected. Both dogs were exhausted but laid quietly and calmly on the floor, not traumatized! I've had shepherds my whole life and know the stigma that sometimes comes with them... glad to see an experienced staff who is flexible and able to collaborate and come up with a plan aside from forcing a muzzle. The vet was very receptive to ideas and included me on decisions. I have a feeling these boys are going to unfortunately become regulars. Best part is this vet is only 5min away and next to a country store with the best Kong selection I've ever seen and bulk dog treats! Great way to reward your dogs to make it less stressful.”

“We have two cats that we take here for preventive care and treatments when sick. The team at AMC Medina has provided our little loves with outstanding care, and since taking them to this care team neither cat is afraid of visiting the vet. Our boy cat has pretty serious health issues and is alive, with a good quality of life because of AMC Medina. The doctors there have reached out to their networks to consult when needed, have been open to trying new treatments, and care so much that they have personally called to check in on their patients.

I can't say enough good things about the entire staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the turn around time for prescriptions. My husband and I are grateful to have this facility so close to home.”

He's very honest and he doesn't sugar coat anything! I love the animal hospital he works for! Everyone is very welcoming and nice! If my dogs needs a appointment they will try to accommodate with us and fit us in their schedule!”

“This animal hospital was a great experience from beginning to end…..I chose Dr. Athey as my pets vet doctor as he was new and accepting new clients. I can’t express how informative he was and how he took his time explaining everything my pet Xena needed. He took care of an ear infection and also done the soaring for me all in one session. My pet was taken care of very well by him and his assistance during surgery. The staff that checks you in were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable leaving my family pet there with them.
