I came in to buy a battery. It was several dollars cheaper than the same battery at Medina smoke shop.
I wish I knew her name but the awesome lady (with the awesome mushroom shirt) was so kind and helpful. She even gave me a lanyard because I keep dropping and breaking them. Not only that, she helped with trying to put it on the battery.
Above and beyond my expectations and incredible customer service. I’m visually impaired so going to stores on my own is extra stressful. She made the experience great!

“I’ve been a loyal Kohl’s customer for many years, and I have found some great items at an awesome discount that have become staples in my closet. I found the Sephora associates on the afternoon of 06/01/24 very friendly and helpful, and I was very impressed by my cashier at checkout, associate Lexi. Lexi was very friendly, had a great willing-to-help attitude, and did a wonderful job bagging my items quickly and efficiently, making sure to remove all security clips by double checking each item, which is very important to me because in the past I’ve had to return to the store to have rogue tags removed.”
