I don't know how you got these positive comments. You are the worst company in the US I live in Mentor your home internet is bad I transferred my mobile to you bad service and they charged me $200 for a line transfer they started sharing the internet from my mobile so I can't use it for my other mobile I filed a complaint that the internet is weak they told me we can't do anything your internet services date back to the Middle Ages bad and your employees are unprofessional

Nothing said at this location materialized. Paid $70 per month over the quote costing over$200. Store said they couldn't make adjustments, call billing. Billing, in India!, said the store was responsible for adjustments as they totally blew the quote.

I purchased a new phone at the AT&T store. Brandon successfully transferred the information from the old phone to the new phone. When I returned home with my new phone, I realized that I did not have the proper charger. The phone came with a cord but no charger. 🔌 These new phones need new materials! 😳 I wish this was mentioned when I was at the store.

Julian was awesome and very efficient. He was the only one at the store and was handling 3 different situations with customers. I received my new phone and made the switch from Verizon. Didn’t take anytime. Thanks Julian.

Walk in and was greeting pand helped very promptly. And was so pleased with the service. They do all they can to give u the best for the money..
There is not one thing that could of made my experience any better. Julian was absolutely amazing. Everything about him was perfect. He has absolutely the best personality and attitude for his position. I've NEVER been so satisfied with the service and knowledge that was given to make my experience the best I've ever had anywhere!! His calming reassurance and throughness was above and beyond and he was alone and treated everyone with the same level of service and so much respect. I will only work with him from now on. I wish we could clone more people like him.

I went to the store in mentor, OH. Jake helped us with so much ease through the transition. We got new phones and added a line to our account. He took the time and made us feel like we were getting VIP treatment. Thought about switching providers but Jake made it so we wanted to stay!
