I had stopped in for some questions, and was greeted immediately by the store manager. I had told him I worked in the medical field, and offered me an amazing deal with their First Net service. Not only the manager, but the rest of the staff was kind, and professional. I will definitely be telling friends and family about this experience!!

Had very few issues of updating a 13 year old Galaxy to the S23+. I love this phone & picture is tremendous!!!!!! Easy ops too!! I found a read, military grade case with screen protector/stand for $10at Wallmart!! Perfect!!

Came in to get a new phone, worked with a Kevin! The whole process was amazing!! It was very fast, and was very nice and professional! He also got me accessories at a discounted price! I recommend this store to everyone reading! Very satisfied leaving the store!

Went in yesterday to inquire about a replacement phone. The rep. was indifferent & either lacked knowledge or didn’t care. I also commented about the air pockets on my phone screen which is under warranty. He said he hasn’t seen a phone as small as mine in a long time (I purchased the iPhone there about a 2 yrs ago.). I can go to any AT&T store to find my screen saver…”they don’t carry it & have no control over what comes in for stock “…..anotherwords go look yourself..and walked away…I’m ready to break my 25 year contract with them…. and this is an AT&T which I have used many times and always pleased with the service…..just unbelievable!!!!!!!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Tyler was able to help me with my phone when others said it can't be done Tyler didn't give up and spent a great deal of his time back forth between my old cell phone service provider and new provider as frustrating it could have been for him Tyler never once got upset with me nor did he gave up getting my phone in working and on the service I wanted......over all feel as tho Tyler is great guy who genuinely cares for his customers and always will give 100%

I walked in to get a new phone due to my screen breaking on my phone. The guys were really friendly and awesome to work with... BUT... I was not happy that my plan was changed without my knowledge or that they automatically just added insurance on my phone and told me that it "automatically" comes with my phone(which I knew it didnt). I previously just had the basic unlimited plan which was $70, i checked my account and all of a sudden i had an $85 plan. So my bill was raised an extra roughly $30 each month without my knowledge.. I understand stores like this may work off commission and they are trained to get every sale out of a customer they can. But how about not doing it in a shady way... How about letting your customers make decisions on what they want. Honestly I'm not one to complain ever, but with the way costs are for everything now, every dollar matters. Was attempting to scam me out of an extra $30 each month worth it.. customers appreciate honesty and transparency, that's what keeps people bringing you business. I have been with at&t for a few years now and was disappointed... I'm not looking for any apologies or things to "make ot better" I already corrected my plan. Just don't do this to future customers...
