I have been doing my banking with Citizens for 35 years. The staff is always friendly and the wait time usually isn’t long.

Been going here for many years. Nice people.However, they recently changed their ATM software, horrible! Takes 5 minutes to go through all the screens for a simple withdrawal, and gives big bills which are hard to spend. Tried to change preferences, but screens got messed up, gave up. How about a simple plain d*** ATM?
