Everyone was very nice and willing to help. I'm very glad I went with Enterprise. Kyle picked me up from the shop and took me back to get my rental. A colleague of his checked me in, and I was back on the road within a half hour of him picking me up. Great place to do business with.

Chase, at the Enterprise rental car in mentor was simply outstanding .He was most knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. He's a great asset to Enterprise rent a car!!!
